The name Henry Brett reflects two things I hold dear—dogs and family. Henry is my dog, and Brett is my middle name, honoring my great-grandmother.

As a former D1 collegiate rower and national team competitor, I bring the same discipline, resilience, and leadership to my work. That drive, combined with my experience overseeing 800 employees as a one-person HR department, allows me to quickly identify risk exposure and streamline people management.

I launched my business to provide high-impact HR solutions for small to medium-sized businesses—those with too much on their plate but not quite large enough for a full-time HR Director. My goal is to offer strategic, hands-on support that keeps businesses compliant, productive, and thriving.
