The name Henry Brett comes from a combination of the 2 things about which I am most passionate: dogs and family. Henry is my dog’s name, and Brett is my middle name which honors my great grandmother.
I decided to launch my own business so that I can be more impactful than a traditional HR leader whose bandwidth is spread very thin.
As someone who used to oversee 800 employees as an HR Department of one, I can easily identify points of risk exposure for business owners trying to manage their people.
I partner with small to medium sized businesses who have too much to manage but aren't large enough to justify a full-time HR Director.
